If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is a SCAM. They never actually delivered my flowers and kept lying that the person “refused delivery” then canceled the order when my friend who I was sending them to works from home and said no one ever knocked or rang her doorbell. I want my money back!! I should have read all these other reviews and I’m so disappointed in this service.

SCAM! I found a beautiful bouquet on their site and ordered it for my friend. She sent me a photo of what she received and I was appalled. See for yourself…

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a $105 "premium" new baby girl arrangement for the birth of my son's first child and a droopy small bouquet with completely opened blossoms thrown into a plain vase was delivered. I called directly to speak to staff and paid extra for the addition of pink Gerber daisies (baby's name was Daisy) which were not included. I was also changed the additional $19.98 fee which was never mentioned when order was placed. What a shame they have no regrets sending such a low quality product to celebrate a once in a lifetime occasion.

Extremely disappointed, and it appears as though many others are also. I wish I would have checked ratings prior to ordering! This was supposed to be the deluxe bouquet for 89.99. Also including picture of what was shown on the website.

Total FRAUD company! This should be zero stars as this company is a complete scam! First of all they are not a local florist even though that is what they advertise and the flowers delivered a day late-for a Birthday. The flowers I ordered versus the cheap bouquet that was delivered-for over $100 is an absolutely atrocity, I can't believe Google still allows them to advertise knowing how many complaints they have received as a scam company-just terrible!
